From our humble beginnings as a reading room possessing a mere 300 volumes in 1935, the Normal Public Library has developed into a vital and bustling community resource center with nearly 200,000 materials, study rooms, space for meeting, art gallery, pollinator garden, and more. As our library has grown, we have vastly expanded our collection to incorporate not only traditional printed materials but a wide variety of digital resources including e-books, audiobooks, and whole host of resources we share with the wider library community.
